I was one of three product designers under our design lead contributing towards redesigning the NHL mobile app.
Created UI designs across all platforms to align with user feedback, which were validated through design critiques with the NHL Design Team.
Contributed towards redefining the NHL's design system: component libraries, colour palette, typography, and the club asset library.

I was the sole UX designer who created a responsive website for an online commercial real estate brokerage.
Spent 1 month in the Discovery stage conducting user interviews, running surveys, and synthesizing findings into actionable tasks.
Created the architecture and design system to accommodate a growing number of users, while adhering to project constraints.

Mobile UX
I was one of two designers contributing to the redesign of Ontario's Disability Support Application form.
Collaborated on a daily basis with designers, developers, project managers, and government stakeholders working in weekly Agile sprints.
Used an iterative design thinking process to create a high fidelity mobile prototype consisting of 50+ screens.
UX Research Study
Direct Consumer Research
I was the sole UX researcher on a product team tasked with creating a passive monitoring system for the elderly.
Conducted over 25 hours of research interviews including user interviews, onsite surveys, and usability testing (remote and in-person).
Regularly collaborated with key stakeholders about what design tasks can be derived from research insights, considering user needs and dev feasibility.
